we had a nice session on personality development by Balachandran sir on Oct 8th & 9th. It was very interesting and memorable days in CREST. We enjoyed these sessions through classes & group activities.
1st day started with the introduction of two days program. Then we grouped into 5 sections 'eyes breaking'. That is also mainly for evaluating the creativity of each group. Then he gave a brief description about the term" personality " ,"swot" analysis, "auto suggestion", then Vision and Mission". A Vision must be The Preferred future stage.It can be achieve through t Mission . A vision must be a SMARTER one. It indicates S-Smarter , M- Measurable, A -Achievable, R-Realisable, T-Timebound, E-Expiting, R-Revisable/Rewritable. Then he pointed out some quotations. some Quotations may give better conceptLife or even our thoughts. One of the main Quotation i liked most is " Do not compare yourselves with others ,U compare yourselves with your own previous person" Then the afternoon session was started with the term " Self esteem". It means " Romancing with your Own" (Liking myself).
His classes were so funny because, he gave us the valuable ideas in a comic way. And we hope that we will meet him on next february.
